So, I guess I'm a high schooler now?
This week has been a lot of things. Crazy, stressful, confusing... and even with all that said I LOVE IT!!! In middle school it was so small compared to fm9, and I was forced to interact with people I hated on a daily basis, but now? I never even have to pass them in the hallways! Pure bliss. I feel so much less stressed as well, having to deal with only four classes, not juggle all eight. As far as advice goes, I have one big thing I'd like to share. Be yourself. No one cares if you don't wear mascara. No one cares if you have worn the same jeans twice in a week. No one cares if each hair on your head isn't in a perfect place. NO ONE CARES. If you are stressing over the small details, you aren't ever going to get anywhere in the large scheme of things. Again with friends, going to a new school, it seems a bit intimidating. Who is going to be in your classes? Will you know anyone? Well guess what, everyone is in the exact same situation. We all are nervous, we all want to know people, we all want to be accepted. So embrace the people who are around you, new, or old, and cherish every moment here, because it will be over before we know it. See you guys next time! Katelyn |
